Who is Heyday?
We are a modern cookshop, a collaborative kitchen, and a hi-fi listening room located in Naples, Florida. We care about honest ingredients, natural wines, and playing great records.
What do we do?
We serve food that reflects our region. We work directly with local farmers, dayboat fishermen, and independent producers to build a menu that changes with the seasons. We also host a rotating chef residency program, bringing visiting talent into our kitchen to share their unique perspectives.
Who is the chef?
Chef Kayla Pfeiffer anchors our kitchen. She shapes our opening season with a precise, ingredient-driven approach to Southwest Florida agriculture. Her work builds the foundation for our visiting resident chefs, creating a space for continuous creative exchange.
What’s the deal with getting a table here?

What’s the connection to Bicyclette?
Bicyclette was our starting point. It shaped how we build community around a shared table. Bicyclette continues to grow and evolve as one of the most leading and impactful restaurants in the region. Heyday is a fresh new restaurant and concept—distinct, energetic, and rooted in collaboration.
Why Naples, Florida?
Because this is our home. We want to highlight the incredible farmers and fishermen right in our own backyard, proving that you do not need to look far to find world-class ingredients.
